Government to address PACCAR ruling with amendment to Digital Markets Bill – but litigation funders argue it isn’t enough

Litigation funders are arguing that the government’s proposed amendment to the Digital Markets Bill doesn’t go far enough in providing clarity on LFAs and their enforceability, with Tets Ishikawa of LionFish saying “it feels like a band aid for a specific scenario which misses the bigger picture”.
