Harbour funds class action against Microsoft worth "billions of pounds"

Harbour is backing a multibillion pound opt-out class action against Microsoft in the UK over allegedly anticompetitive conduct associated with its licensing prices.
Former Crown Prosecution Service senior prosecutor Alexander Wolfson launched the claim on behalf of all UK residents and public bodies that purchased licences for certain Microsoft software products, including Microsoft Office and Windows, from 1 October 2015. The claim alleges that Microsoft inflated the software licensing prices on these products.
Mr Wolfson is being assisted by a team at Stewarts headed by Kate Pollock, as well as teams at Matrix Chambers and Monckton Chambers.
