High Court: Disclosure of alleged third party funding arrangements ordered against Irish company

Ireland’s High Court has confirmed a general power to compel disclosure of litigation funding arrangements, ordering QPQ Limited to identify its alleged funders and produce related agreements where the funding may have come from parties without a legitimate interest in the dispute.
