Ill-fated Sundance wins $880m compensation for lost African mine

Sundance Resources has secured an A$880 million ICC award against Cameroon over the loss of its Mbalam iron ore project, with Burford entitled to about A$250 million if the award is paid, although enforcement and collection risks remain and Sundance must first address roughly A$134 million in net liabilities.
