Inaction on litigation funding is costing Britain's legal sector its competitive edge

A report by Angeion Group warns that the UK is losing ground to rival litigation funding jurisdictions because of continued uncertainty after PACCAR, while a foreword by Lord Alex Carlile of Berriew CBE KC calls for swift retrospective legislation, light-touch regulation and procedural reforms to restore market viability and keep funding capital and collective actions in the UK.
