Inaction on litigation funding is pushing firms to look elsewhere

Chris Bogart of Burford reveals that the UK government’s inaction in the wake of PACCAR is pushing funders and their money to leave the UK to the detriment of the economy and workforce, sharing that third-party litigation funding — worth about £20 billion globally — saw a 75% drop in activity in the UK after the PACCAR ruling.
