Innsworth a step closer to shaking up Merricks settlement

In an oral ruling, the UK High Court has granted Innsworth permission to judicially review the Competition Appeal Tribunal’s distribution of the £200 million Merricks v Mastercard settlement, allowing the funder to challenge what it says was a miscalculated and legally flawed assessment of its return under the LFA.
