Innsworth loses judicial review challenge to Mastercard settlement

Innsworth Capital failed in its judicial review challenge to the CAT’s distribution of the £200 million Mastercard settlement, after the court held that the tribunal was entitled to award the funder reimbursement of its £41 million to £46 million expenditure plus a 50% profit on that spend rather than the £179 million Innsworth sought.
