Omni Bridgeway reported A$135.8 million in proceeds from 20 investment completions at a 3.9x multiple of invested capital (MOIC) for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, alongside a 24% increase in management fees to A$10.7 million, A$87.1 million in new investment commitments and a pipeline of 46 exclusive term sheets representing a potential A$416.6 million in additional commitments, while completing the final close of its Funds 4/5 Series II capital raise at US$1 billion, although its quarterly MOIC falls to 1.9x when including the closure of an unsuccessful legacy investment.
