IP Edge-Linked Patent Owner Held in Contempt for Flouting Orders

Chief Judge Colm F. Connolly has held the owner of patent holding firm Backertop Licensing LLC in contempt of court for repeatedly failing to appear as ordered, saying that he would sanction her with a daily fine until she appears at the Wilmington courthouse.
