Janus Henderson Affiliates Lose Round in Litigation Finance Case

A Delaware Chancery Court judge allowed Calumet Capital Partners’ lawsuit to proceed against Victory Park Capital and Janus Henderson affiliates, alleging a “systematic campaign” to undermine their litigation finance joint venture by blocking deals and coercing a cut-price buyout.
