Judge's Rare Rebuke of Lawyers Shakes Up Patent-Funding Probe

Chief Judge Colm Connolly has taken the unusual step of telling a paralegal who owns one of the many “shell companies” used in litigation brought by patent-monetization firm IP Edge that she has been used as a pawn and that her lawyers are not actually working for her.
