A claim that KIP Co. and litigation funder Paulina Funding improperly diverted a $203 million damages judgment which Samsung was ordered to pay for the infringement of semiconductor technology has been dismissed by the Wisconsin District Court on the basis that Wisconsin is not the most convenient venue for the dispute.
