Judges decline to order disclosure of Pogust Goodhead’s funding agreement in ‘dieselgate’ group claim

The High Court has denied a request by the defendants in the ongoing ‘dieselgate’ group claim to order disclosure of the claimants’ litigation funding agreement, but noted that there was a “potential disclosability of the terms of a funding agreement” and expressed concern that the application may be premature.
