What do we know about the EQC land class action?

Another class action funded by Canterbury Litigation Funding has been certified against the New Zealand Earthquake Commission (EQC), this time on an opt-out basis seeking to top up payments made to home owners to the full amount of the cost to reinstate the land up to the claims cap.
