Law firm boss “misled court” in effort to push through prepack sale

A judge has strongly criticised the boss of Manchester consumer claims law firm Sandstone Legal for giving false evidence and trying to force through a prepack administration sale in favour of his own newly incorporated company. The firm has now had its caseload transferred to four law firms and its other assets sold to litigation funder Seven Stars Legal.
