LCIA sees modest caseload growth

The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) recorded 365 referrals in 2025, up slightly from 362 in 2024, according to its annual casework report, which showed 27 fundholding arbitrations, 11 UNCITRAL and additional ad hoc arbitrations, and seven cases involving LCIA mediations and other alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods.
