LCM announces positive update on Fund I investment

A tribunal has ruled in favour of a party funded by LCM in an international arbitration claim against the Republic of Poland for breaching its obligations under the Australia-Poland Bilateral Investment Treaty and the Energy Charter Treaty (an investment within its Fund I portfolio). The quantum of the award entered in favour of LCM's funded party is A$490 million plus interest.
