LCM backs claim against Indian Government

Litigation Capital Management has executed a conditional arbitration funding agreement for up to US$10.5 million in a claim against the Indian government brought by Fasken Martineau on behalf of Panthera Resources. The claim alleges that India breached its obligations under the Australia-India Bilateral Investment Treaty.
