LCM funds £3.3bn class action against mobile giants

Litigation Capital Management is funding a £3.3bn class action lawsuit against mobile giants EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. The class action, which is being brought by law firm Charles Lyndon, alleges that existing customers are being ripped off by “loyalty penalties”, where the same services are offered to new customers at a better price, and that the operators overcharged their customers by continuing to take payments for their handsets after the customers already paid them off at the end of their initial contract.
