LCM funds claim against Australian Commissioner of Taxation

LCM is funding a claim brought by the liquidators of Ralan Property Services against the Australian Commissioner of Taxation seeking to recover, among other payments, allegedly unfair preference payments made to the Commissioner by Ralan.

The Federal Court of Australia has approved the litigation funding agreement with LCM.
