LCM funds collective action against Microsoft

Litigation Capital Management is funding Dr Maria Luisa Stasi’s collective action against Microsoft on behalf of UK organisations who have been allegedly overcharged for their Windows Server licences when run on cloud computing environments provided by AWS, Google Cloud or Alibaba Cloud, in breach of UK competition law.
