Legal change will ‘extinguish’ postmasters’ Horizon compensation claim

Lawyers and others are warning UK Justice Minister Alex Chalk that proposed amendments to the rules governing litigation funding arrangements in the wake of the Supreme Court’s ruling in PACCAR will extinguish sub-postmasters’ hopes of clawing back more compensation from their litigation funders.
