Legal Finance International funds Nakiki SE defence costs

German funder Legal Finance International has entered into a litigation financing agreement with Nakiki SE to provide funding of up to EUR 5 million for legal defence costs. In the event of a victory, Legal Finance will receive double the legal costs incurred along with a one-time premium payment of up to EUR 785,000.
