LexShares Courts New Investors For $100M Litigation Finance Fund

LexShares is doubling down on its second fund, which has already raised $30 million toward a target of $100 million, the company said last week. To date, the Boston-based company has invested in 103 case offerings, collectively underwriting more than $2.63 billion of financing for lawsuits, including $855 million in 2019. Read more.
