LionFish Litigation Finance rebrands as LionFish Capital, strengthens with series of key hires and appointments

LionFish Litigation Finance has rebranded as LionFish Capital, reflecting the firm’s ambitions beyond traditional litigation finance to include structured capital solutions and bespoke financing transactions across the commercial dispute landscape. LionFish Capital has also made a series of key hires and appointments:
Andrew Saker, former CEO of Omni Bridgeway, joins as Strategic Adviser;
Neil Rowden, a founding member of the firm, returns as Chief Operating Officer;
Paul Abbott (ex-Freshfields), Joanne Keillor (ex-Herbert Smith Freehills), Matthew Blower (ex-Dorsey and Whitney), Stuart Evans (ex-BLM, now Clyde & Co) and Emeritus Professor Robert Upex (ex-Employment Judge and barrister) also join John Evans (ex-Ashurst) on the firm’s senior advisory bench.
