Litigation Fund CEO Cited for ‘Sham’ Evidence in UK Housing Case

The First-Tier Tribunal Property Chamber has fined the CEO of a Czech-based litigation funder nearly £100,000 after he was cited for fire hazards, a wasp infestation and other problems at three UK properties. The tribunal also found that the CEO manufactured sham documents listing his brother as the landlord after realising he may face an enforcement action.
