Litigation funder buys UK law firm and pledges ‘one-stop shop’

Heirloom Fair Legal, a litigation funder from North America, has started its own legal practice in the UK and acquired Warrington-based Hayes Connor. The firm says its target is for clients to keep 75% of damages.
