Litigation funder Longford, law firm Susman sued over $32 million arbitration award

Litigation funder Longford Capital and law firm Susman Godfrey have been sued in Texas by patent monetization company Arigna, which is seeking to void a $32 million arbitration award and claw back $5.5 million in escrow, alleging the award improperly expanded Longford’s entitlement to settlement proceeds from patent litigation it did not directly fund.
