Litigation Funder Says Apple Doc Request Is 'Mere Suspicion'

Omni Bridgeway is accusing Apple of making an “end run” around a California trial court by going before Delaware Judge Conolly to demand that the funder turn over documents explaining its financial interest in patent litigation against Apple based on “mere suspicion”.
