Litigation funder set for £100m payday if estate agents beat Rightmove

Innsworth is expected to win at least £100 million if a lawsuit accusing Rightmove of charging excessive fees to estate agents is successful in claiming £1.5 billion in damages. Claimant law firm Scott+Scott has officially filed the claim form with the Competition Appeal Tribunal, with about 250 businesses across the UK reportedly expressing interest in and support for the claim.
