Litigation Funder Woodsford Wins $1.8 Million in Law Firm Fight

Chief Judge Colm Connolly, who has recently gained notoriety for his stance on disclosure of litigation funding agreements, has upheld a $1.8 million arbitration award in favour of Woodsford in a dispute with Hosie Rice, a law firm it financed in a suit against Alphabet Inc.‘s Google.
