Litigation Lending backs class action against Australian government

Litigation Lending Services is funding a class action launched against the Australian Commonwealth Government on behalf of members of the Stolen Generations in the Northern Territory who were forcibly removed from their families as children. Although a formal apology has been made, the Commonwealth has refused to pay compensation to members of the Stolen Generation in the Northern Territory, despite their own recommendation to do so.
