Longford’s Role in Resolving a High-Stakes International Dispute Between Grenada and Foreign Investors

The Government of Grenada and certain foreign investors have reached a settlement of an ICSID claim funded by Longford Capital pertaining to the stalled construction of a luxury resort hotel in the country. Under the terms of the settlement agreement, the Grenadian government will acquire ownership and control of the resort and seek a new developer to complete construction.
