Lupaka Gold has received approximately US$49.4 million from Peru, representing 70% of its ICSID award plus accrued interest, triggering repayment of Bench Walk’s arbitration financing and contingent profit share, with the remaining approximately US$21.2 million due by December 31, 2026.
