Luxury Hudson Valley mansion once listed for $45M hits the market for a fraction of the price
An affiliate of funder Curiam Capital is seeking to sell a 15,000-square-foot mansion perched on the banks of the Hudson River. Curiam foreclosed on the mansion in September 2024 after lending $13.2 million to one of its developers, but made clear that holding luxury properties is not its business and that it wishes to sell the property to someone who would enjoy it.
