Major legal aid practice sold for just £200,000 upfront in pre-pack

AWH, an acquisitive Manchester-based law firm which partnered with specialist insolvency litigation funder Tresartis in 2021, has acquired a large legal aid practice with a turnover of nearly £10m in a pre-pack sale just before Christmas for only £200,000 upfront. More from Legal Futures.
