‘Major milestone’: CAT to rule on collective action settlement

In a first for the UK's collective action regime, a settlement has been reached with the smallest of the five defendants in the Car Delivery Charges opt-out claim being funded by Woodsford. The Competition Appeal Tribunal will now need to approve this first ever collective settlement.
