Mastercard compensation payouts move a step closer as £63m dispute with funder is resolved

Innsworth will receive just over £63 million from the £200 million Mastercard collective action settlement after losing its judicial review and dropping related arbitration proceedings against class representative Walter Merricks, clearing the way for at least £100 million to be distributed to consumers.
