Merricks prepares to distribute £100m to consumers after settling dispute with Mastercard class action funder

Walter Merricks has resolved his funding dispute with Innsworth Capital over the £200 million Mastercard class action settlement, with the funder receiving just over £63 million after investing £46 million, clearing the way for at least £100 million to be distributed to eligible UK consumers in early 2027.
