Mitchell v Roads and Maritime Services (now known as Transport for NSW) (No 2) [2024] NSWSC 1165 (13 September 2024)

The Supreme Court of New South Wales has joined a litigation funder as a defendant to representative proceedings and ruled against the funder in a dispute over whether certain funds were held on trust on behalf of the plaintiffs or the funder.
