Nakiki SE: Examination of the first capital market lawsuit

German funder Nakiki SE has announced that it is examining a claim of up to EUR 400,000 under capital market law against a company listed on the open market of the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange and is thus opening a new business area: financing lawsuits under securities law.
