New litigation funding firm launches in New York

Michael German and Chris Baildon have co-founded Lex Ferenda Litigation Funding, a new litigation funding firm in New York, to invest in US litigation and domestic commercial arbitration. Michael previously worked at former litigation funder Vannin Capital, and Chris has a background in investment banking and finance. The firm said it completed a first capital raise and is “well on the way” to reaching its $100 million target for the initial fund. Read more.
