New US litigation funding business launched

Siltstone Capital, a Houston, Texas based investment and advisory firm, has launched a litigation fund through an affiliate, Litigo Financial. The fund will focus on US commercial litigation, with a unique focus on energy and patent litigation. Legal due diligence will be handled in-house using a proprietary software platform that will integrate with AI in order to efficiently assess the merits of each case. Read more.
