New York Marine sues Case Cash, alleges funder targeted insurers

New York Marine has sued Case Cash Funding and its principal, alleging the funder used supposedly non-recourse advances, referral arrangements, settlement control and securitization structures naming insurers as the payment source to inflate claims and extract outsized recoveries.
