NHS: Google faces appeal over patient data deal with London’s Royal Free Hospital

The claimants in a data privacy class action brought against Google are appealing a decision to throw out the lawsuit, which was launched by London law firm Mishcon de Reya as an opt-out class action and funded by LCM.
