Nick Suppipat divests all interests in Wind Energy Holding to Harbour

Harbour has acquired Nopporn “Nick” Suppipat’s interests in Thailand’s Wind Energy Holding, including a 38% shareholding held through a Hong Kong entity under receivership, consolidating control over the long running cross border ownership dispute.
