'No crisis in claims sector', says head of litigation funder

Louisa Klouda, chief executive of Fenchurch Legal, which called in administrators to handle the affairs of Liverpool claims firm McDermott Smith, says there is no crisis in claims sector and insists that it remains attractive to investors.
