Norton Rose Fulbright secures milestone post-trial “drop hands” resolution of UK collective action for Qualcomm

The UK CAT has approved a “drop hands” resolution of the Which? collective action against Qualcomm, with Which? agreeing to withdraw the £480 million opt-out class action backed by Augusta Ventures, with the chipmaker, represented by Norton Rose Fulbright, Quinn Emanuel and Brick Court Chambers, making no payment under a tribunal-approved deal.
