Ohio Governor Signs Bill Requiring Litigation Finance Disclosure

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine has signed a litigation finance bill into law requiring funders to register with the state and disclose funding agreements to the attorney general, and prohibiting funders from influencing how lawsuits are handled, and bans foreign litigation funders from doing business in the state.
